Ejercicio orientado a la generaci贸n de superioridades num茅ricas en inicio de juego para conectar con los mediocentros y activar el ataque r谩pido por banda con finalizaci贸n tras centro lateral. Se fomenta la lectura del juego, el pase interior y la transici贸n ofensiva tras superar presi贸n.

Espacio reducido para el 6x2 inicial (zona de inicio).

Participantes:

6 jugadores en fase ofensiva (4 en l铆nea de fondo + 2 mediocentros).

2 jugadores presionando en el 6x2.

Din谩mica:

Si los 2 presionantes roban el bal贸n, atacan directamente a 2 miniporter铆as.

Si los 4 del fondo conectan con los mediocentros, estos inician un ataque r谩pido hacia porter铆a grande.
-
El ataque debe ser r谩pido y orientado hacia el lado d茅bil, aprovechando que uno de los laterales defensivos est谩 adelantado.

This exercise focuses on the creation of numerical advantages during the build-up play to connect with the central midfielders and activate a quick wing attack followed by a finishing shot after a cross. It promotes game reading, inside passing, and offensive transition after overcoming pressure.

Small space for the initial 6x2 (starting area).

Participants:

6 attacking players (4 at the back + 2 central midfielders).

2 players applying pressure in the 6x2.

Dynamics:

If the 2 pressing players win the ball, they attack directly towards 2 mini-goals.
-
If the 4 players at the back connect with the central midfielders, they initiate a quick attack towards the big goal.
-
The attack should be fast and directed towards the weak side, taking advantage of the fact that one of the defensive full-backs is advanced.

Limit touches in the 6x2 to increase difficulty.

Add opposition for the central midfielders or the wide player.
